1. We’ll set up a discovery call via Zoom or Google Meet to discuss what you’re trying to accomplish with your Thinkfic school and how Courseprofs might be able to help.
2. We  will connect to your Thinkific account securely through the  official Thinkific approved partner portal
3.  We’ll send you a summary of the proposed work we’ll carry out for you and an estimation of the cost, including any deposits if applicable. We’ll also send you a formal contract of hire to review and sign.
4. Once you’ve approved the proposal, signed the contract and paid any deposits (where applicable) we’ll get started on the work
5. You review the work done, once you’re happy with it we simply invoice you for payment balances outstanding. Payment can be made via bank transfer or online through our secure Stripe invoicing.

Our hourly rates for our various services are listed further down this page. As client needs are so wide and varied, we will build a custom project package proposal for you based on your work requirements and provide an overall estimate of the overall project cost before any work takes place.

You’ll find that because we have such long experience and deep expertise and experience with the Thinkific platform that we take less time than you might expect to implement our services compared to other Thinkific specialists.

Clients hire us only for the specific specialist Thinkific expertise they need and our work proposals reflect that flexibility. If something only takes us an hour, you’ll only get billed for that hour.

This is an important question to ask any third party you’re working with. We are a verified Thinkific Expert and have been accredited by Thinkific directly. You can verify this by our entry in the Official Thinkific partner directory. 

Thinkific as a company provides verified Thinkific Experts with a special secure partner portal that allows us to send a connection request to you that requests access to your Thinkific account through Thinkific itself.

This connection request gives us limited access to your school and we only have access to the parts of your Thinkific school needed to carry out the work you’ve asked us to do. This is the only way that a Thinkific Expert should be asking you to connect to your Thinkific account and you will never be asked to share your own owner or administrator username and password with us or anyone connected with us.
