Using Hubspot alongside Thinkific you can do that right inside the Thinkific course player page.
Adding a HubSpot Chatflow directly into a Thinkific course player page creates a seamless support experience for learners, improving engagement and reducing drop-off.
By embedding live chat or automated bots within the learning environment, students can get instant answers to questions without leaving the course, which keeps them focused and progressing.
It also enables real-time feedback, surfaces sales opportunities for upsells or coaching, providing opportunities to follow-up and engage further with your learners, making your course feel more responsive and personalized.

What plans on Hubspot offer Chatflows?
Chatflows are currently included only in the Hubspot Professional and Enterprise packages of HubSpot, as well as in the Service Hub tiers. They are not available in the free plan. All current Thinkific plans should support adding additional code into your Thinkific site footer code area.
Caveats
The only caveat when embedding Hubspot Chatflows into Thinkific is that you can’t automatically pass through the logged in learner’s Thinkific registered email address to Hubspot. Workarounds for this are enabling a required email in the chatflow, which means the learner has to manually enter their email to initiate a chatflow. Not ideal, but at least you’ll be able to match chat user to your Hubspot CRM contact. It all depends on your use case of the chatflow on how you set it up in Hubspot.
